• Tool & Surface Disinfection: Excellent for quickly cleaning makeup brushes and sanitizing tools and workstations due to rapid, residue-free evaporation.
• Makeup Activation: Used as a solvent to activate alcohol-based makeup products (like airbrush makeup).
• Flammability: Highly flammable and requires proper ventilation and storage.
• Pre-Service: Degrease nails or prep skin around a specific area (not the whole face) before minor treatments.
• Post-Service: Wipe down tools and stations. 
• Degreasing: Effectively removes sebum, oils, and grime from skin for certain treatments. Not recommended for Full Face. 

Use with Caution  70% IPA (with water) is a better disinfectant for skin because the water helps it cling longer for a more effective kill time, while 99% is a superior degreaser and solvent. 

• Cons: Very drying and irritating to skin, can damage certain plastics/rubber, highly flammable.
