Refund

Returns and Repairs
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with return shipping instructions, track your return, and respond to your request effectively. A request for return must be made within 21 days of receipt of your order. Unless the returned item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be in its original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused.

Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Glue and Tweezer Return Policy:
Returns of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise should include the same packaging and be in the same condition, as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. 

 

Warranty repairs on larger items will be handled by the product manufacturer.
